Francisco Janes is a media artist and researcher who creates works that incorporate still photography, film, video, sound and transcripts of conversations in order to propose experiential forms of understanding. Has lived in Lisbon, New York, Los Angeles and Vilnius. His work has kept a focus on perception and the scission between humans and nature while extending as a field practice involving people.
